  • ​The Meal included in the Book are easy to cook and will not take much time to prepare, and you do not need the GYM to transform yourself
  • The Meals included in the Book have taste, and you can always add  one of the condiments from the condiments section to add more taste. I also included a Gourmet menu that will definitely make you think you are cheating on your eating
